Dr. Aftab Ullah born on August 5, 1986, and is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the School of Medicine, Huaqiao University, Quanzhou campus. Dr. Ullah completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from China Pharmaceutical University in Nanjing (September 2014 - July 2019).
During his doctoral studies, Dr. Ullah's research was primarily centered on the development of liposomes and polyplexes for drug and gene delivery, specifically targeting liver fibrosis. Following his Ph.D., he pursued Postdoctoral research at Shantou University Medical College, Shantou (December 2019 - December 2021), where he explored the application of mesoporous silica nanoparticles in cancer therapy.
Subsequently, Dr. Ullah held the position of Associate Professor at the School of Pharmacy, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang (December 2021 - November 2023). His work there involved both research and the supervision of Master's students, with a focus on the use of iron oxide nanoparticles for cancer treatment.
